I have been coaching others in the wellness and weight loss space for over 8 years after discovering first-hand the role supplements, nutrition and exercise have played in my own life.
I believe that being healthy and losing weight doesn't have to be complicated. The gist is to stay active by participating in activities you enjoy doing, using quality supplements to fill in nutritional gaps and by eating a nutritious diet.
What sets me apart is I don't believe there is a one-size fits all approach to wellness and weight loss. The key is having the courage to start somewhere.
